Team Pinto Fall Ball Announcements

I apologize for the last minute notice were calling the game off tonight due to cold weather and lack of players we have 3 kids that can’t make it and a few more that may not due to the cold With a team of 10 we just don’t have enough players. The other coach is willing to reschedule if we want to try and get the game in at a later date. I will reach out to everyone and try to schedule a date that fits See you tomorrow for sure Have a good evening.

Ive tried to contact the other coaches twice so far and had no response. Im not sure what shape their field is in. At this time the game is still taking place. Ill let everyone know if something changes. Thanks.

All please head up to the fields rain or shine to pick up your uniforms. Ed will be there with them.

I still plan on trying to hold a practice this evening at the Elwood fields. As much as we need the rain I’m not sure we’ll get enough to justify canceling. I hope to see everyone there around 5:30. Thanks.

Practice this Wednesday at Elwood. I added it to the schedule last week but my Thapos app hasn’t been very cooperative. I believe fall ball fees are due as well. Hope to see everyone there. Take care.

I hope everyone’s summer has been an enjoyable one. For those that don’t know me my name is Chuck Williams. I helped coach one of the Elwood teams earlier this year. I’m excited and a bit nervous as this is my first time as a “real” coach. Like allot of parents I played baseball growing up for different teams in Joliet and now get to watch my son play. We had a blast this summer and I’m sure this fall will be even better. I’ll be returning a few calls this week from folks interested in helping out with the team. If you’re interested in helping out let me know(if you haven’t already). I appreciate the help since work keeps me busy. Once we have an idea of who’s helping out I’ll work with everyone to get a practice schedule together. I look forward to meeting the players and their parents and I look forward to the fall ball season. We’re all here to have fun and play ball.
